Role Overview:
As a Chief of Staff to the Founder at Nucs AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, contributing to high-impact initiatives across business development, fundraising, and market expansion. We’re seeking a highly adaptable, proactive individual with a strong background in venture capital, strategic finance, or startup operations. Prior experience in MedTech or the US SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) market is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic initiatives to align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Lead financial modeling, fundraising preparation, and investor presentations.
Conduct comprehensive market research to inform investment strategies and business development efforts.
Act as a liaison between founders, investors, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
Support venture financing activities, including due diligence and deal structuring.
Provide data-driven insights to guide product development and market access strategies.
Manage high-priority projects across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives, emphasizing market penetration and customer acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, strategic finance, or startup operations.
Strong understanding of the MedTech industry; knowledge of AI-powered healthcare solutions is a significant plus.
Proven track record of supporting or leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relations.
Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and market assessment.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is an asset.
Knowledge of and strong interest in the US market is preferred.
