Communication & Branding Manager EMEA m/f/d

JSP is quoted on the Tokyo stock exchange and is a worldwide leader and specialist in EPP manufacturing and plastic transformation (injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, digital and circularity solutions) delivering solutions for many sectors including Automotive, HVAC, transportation, sporting goods and more.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Communication & Branding Manager to develop and execute external strategies, acting as the voice of the brand(s) across digital marketing activities with company goals to build reputation and engage stakeholders. Collaborate with Managing Directors, Sales and Innovation teams to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and track performance. You will work with the Marketing director to ensure alignment with JSP strategy to contribute to company long-term success.

• Create and implement communication plans for external audiences.
• Supervise press releases, newsletters, marketing materials, and social media posts.
• Define and maintain a consistent brand message and tone across all platforms and all of our different businesses.
• Build and manage relationships with media, securing positive coverage.
• Oversee company websites, social media, and digital content.
• Organise and coordinate customer events and exhibitions from planning through execution.
• The role involves regular travel (approximately 30% of working time) across our sites.

• 10-15 years of experience in communication / branding.
• Strong communication & branding experience in industrial B2B markets.
• Proven writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency with communication platforms and social media.
• Strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of handling confidential information and strong awareness of data protection and information security requirements.
• Collaborative leadership style with integrity and transparency.
• EMEA or international experience in a matrix organisation is a plus.
• Fluent English required; French or German is an advantage.
