Compliance Systems Architect (all genders)

Our self-developed and AI-powered SaaS automation platform, the Digital Compliance Office, supports Startups and SMEs with compliance challenges such as data protection, information security or anti-money laundering.
 
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Compliance Systems Architect (all genders) to start as soon as possible, ideally in Hamburg, Germany.Developing compliance as a service - with you as the driving force

As a Compliance Systems Architect at SECJUR, you transform regulatory complexity into user-friendly system solutions within the Digital Compliance Office platform. You are the key interface that combines compliance expertise with product development to create scalable frameworks that help companies meet their compliance requirements efficiently.

Your long-term goal: You drive the product strategy forward by opening up new compliance areas and continuously optimizing existing systems - a direct contribution to the core promise of the Digital Compliance Office: To make compliance simple, automated and cost-effective.

Your main tasks are:

• You develop and implement compliance frameworks, including suitable workflows, templates and training materials.
• With clearly structured user stories and feature specifications, you bring new compliance requirements into the development process.
• Working closely with compliance experts and the development team, you ensure that technical requirements are implemented efficiently.
• You analyze new regulatory requirements and integrate them into our existing systems.
• You will develop strategies for the cross-module integration of compliance frameworks and assess their feasibility.
• You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and quality assurance of our compliance content

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, information management, law with an affinity for IT, business law or a related field with interface competence between regulation and technology.
• You have a solid understanding of compliance requirements, especially around GDPR and ISO 27001.
• You have experience in designing processes and workflows, keeping an eye on both the details and the big picture.
• You can translate complex requirements into clear structures and quickly familiarize yourself with new regulatory topics. Your openness to new ideas and continuous development is a matter of course for you.
• You work proactively, take responsibility and implement things with a high degree of initiative.
• You are familiar with working with development teams and in agile working environments.
• Confident in communicating in German and English, both written and verbal
