Win potential customers for our innovative platform and the associated insurance products with your passion and persuasiveness
Take over demand-oriented consulting of the interested employees for the respective pension solutions after the successful customer acquisition
Contact decision makers mainly on digital channels and via email
Question our existing sales methodology and bring in your own innovative suggestions for improvement
Gain insights into the insurance processes of over 1000 companies of different sizes and industries
Make Sales - a lot of Sales.

Completed training in the field of insurance or banking and enthusiastic about pension products
Work experience in insurance or financial sales
Confidently negotiate in both German and English
Reliable and customer-oriented and you like to take the initiative
Self-organisation
Enthusiastic about sales and want to grow and learn in a dynamic environment
The icing on the cake: You are a Salesforce pro
