Dive in and thrive!As Smart Grid Consultant (w/m/d), you advise our clients on the use of our software, as well as the adjustments of their business processes. In a team with other consultants, you support our users in the independent and profitable use of our software. We accompany our customer groups in a reliable and long-term-oriented way and manage their success. That is why we also call this task Customer Success Management. In this role, you act as a connecting link between our internal stakeholders and the customer, assuming a key function in the overall product development process.
Working closely with the Customer Implementation team, you are responsible for the onboarding of new customers in pilot and rollout projects
You consult customers on the development of their business processes with the help of our software
Through regular communication with the various stakeholders, you identify and determine the biggest challenges and improvement potentials in the technical and operative processes
You are the first contact person for our users and serve as the interface between them and internal stakeholders from the Product and Sales departments
You determine and analyze key figures on customer use and customer satisfaction

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
You are familiar with the planning and operation of electrical grids or the integration of electrical plants and you know how to put your knowledge about the energy business and its existing interconnections to good use
You already have working experience being solely responsible for projects with direct customer contact and are excited about developing and fostering lasting customer relationships
Ideally, you already have experience in fields such as technical consulting, customer success management, key account management of related fields in a b2b context
You communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues, conveying your points at eye level and with a high degree of trust
You are business fluent in German and English
