Content and Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Merantix Momentum is developing the next generation of impact-driven AI. As a Berlin-based startup we are accelerating AI adoption across industries by building and deploying B2B solutions. We work across several domains including automotive, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and many more, transforming businesses through ML  using our core expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning. The Mission of this role is to enhance our marketing function to help us scale efficient ML solutions. You will be part of our Growth team, working closely with our CEO, Operations, and Professional Services teams.

 

Among others, your main responsibilities are the following:

 

• Develop, execute, and iterate on the entire marketing strategy;

• Own and develop our content marketing, Performance marketing and Social media channels;

• Own and drive our email marketing which we implement in Hubspot;

• Coordinate employer branding with our People Lead;

• Do hands-on work to implement the marketing strategy;

• Collaborate with engineering to implement the branding into our software’s user interface and demos;

• Collaborate and create with the business team to implement branding in our client-facing materials, presentations and videos.

You are a great fit for our team if you identify with all the requirements listed below:

• BSc or MSc in marketing, communication, business, or a related field;

• Experience in a senior marketing role is preferred;

• Allround marketing expertise and a fable for great software design are essential;

• Prior experience in the technology or in a high-growth B2B startup – especially including branding, content marketing and employer branding – is a big plus;

• Fluency in German and English; 

• Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot); 

• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the competence to liaise effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;

• Pragmatic mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and clearly prioritize on what moves the needle.
