We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist (f/m/d) to bring our story to life — with energy, clarity, and creativity. In this role, you’ll travel the world with our CEO and C-level team, capturing pivotal moments and shaping a real-time narrative across our channels.

You’ll be hands-on at the heart of the action, documenting company milestones, events, success stories, and behind-the-scenes moments. Strategic and visually driven, you’ll turn raw footage into stories that inspire our teams, engage partners, and build public awareness of our mission.

Think of it as building our own “daily newsfeed” — dynamic, fast-faced, and human.

• Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content across company locations, events, and daily operations
• Develop engaging stories for social media and internal communications
• Plan and maintain a content calendar that reflects key milestones, events, and strategic topics
• Collaborate closely with communications and leadership teams to ensure aligned messaging
• Travel regularly within Germany and internationally to be present where key moments unfold
• Own your projects end-to-end — from concept development to shooting, editing, and publishing

• 3–6 years of experience in content creation, photography, or videography — either agency or in-house
• Excellent skills in photo and video production, including editing
• Strong visual thinking and a strategic approach to storytelling
• Comfortable working independently, on the move, and in new environments
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience in fast-paced environments and direct collaboration with leadership
