Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate online content in Polish, Czech, or Slovak, as well as English, to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the necessary teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes.
• Remain up-to-date on company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction.

• Fluency in Polish, Czech, or Slovak (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
