With Optiply, our clients can predict sales and determine exactly what to buy and when. As a Country Sales Leader at Optiply, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion in Germany, spearheading sales initiatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth in your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales and strategic thinking, you will play a key role in establishing Optiply as the go-to solution for supply chain optimization. With a focus on prospecting, doing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts, you will be responsible for the whole sales process!
Relationship Building Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and influencers, to foster business growth and brand awareness being responsible for the entire customer cycle from A to Z: from establishing initial contact and negotiating contracts to technical onboarding and customer success.
Strategic Planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Optiply's overall business objectives.
Market Penetration Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Optiply as the market leader in your assigned country by:
Proactively reaching out to outbound leads (via LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)
Providing product demonstrations (both online and on-site)
Collaborating with sales and marketing team to coordinate inbound and outbound leads
Sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
A passion for sales!
Industry Expertise Deep understanding of the supply chain, logistics, or related industries, with the ability to articulate Optiply's value proposition effectively. A degree in subjects related to tech or business might be relevant.
Strategic Thinker Ability to think strategically and develop plans that drive market penetration and sustainable growth.
Excellent Communication Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Adaptability Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities.
Results-Driven A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
