The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, international enterprise SaaS company that provides a powerful platform for project management, collaboration, and performance optimization. With a global customer base spanning multiple industries, the company empowers organizations to improve execution, transparency, and team productivity.

Headquartered internationally with a strong presence across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the company is now expanding its footprint in Europe and is looking for a Country Manager in Germany to lead its commercial growth in the region.

The Role

As Country Manager (Germany), you will take full ownership of the local market, driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and establishing a strong brand presence. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role suited for a commercially driven leader who thrives in scaling markets and building from the ground up.

You will act as the face of the company in Germany, working cross-functionally with global teams while shaping and executing the local go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth in Europe.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through direct sales, outbound efforts, and inbound leads.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic partnerships, channel development, and alliances.
  • Develop relationships with system integrators, consultants, and technology partners to expand market reach.

Brand Building & Market Presence

  • Increase brand awareness through local marketing initiatives, events, and industry engagement.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings as a trusted enterprise SaaS partner.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Act as the voice of the local market by providing insights on customer needs, competition, and market trends.
  • Support localization efforts across product, pricing, and messaging.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within enterprise SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals in the German/European market.
  • Strong network and experience working with partners, resellers, or system integrators.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a market from an early stage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management, collaboration tools, or productivity software.
  • Prior experience in a country leadership or regional commercial role.
  • Exposure to multi-market European expansion.
