Arbeitsbeschreibung - Co-Worker Assembly (m/f/d)

Production of small components and assembly of all Wingcopter products with precision and care.
Performing repairs on all Wingcopter products to ensure quality and functionality.
Assisting in prototype construction for new Wingcopter products.
Supporting process optimizations for all production parts, constantly improving our workflows and efficiency.
Collaborating on software implementation and optimization for production requirements.
Training new coworkers, sharing your expertise and helping build a strong team.
Supporting the production team in daily operations and the continuous improvement process.
Providing expendables and components for the production.
Operating the machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
General activities within the storage and production areas.
Performing cleansing and transport activities to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Experience in production or assembly, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Ability to work independently with a structured and reliable approach to tasks
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge and help others succeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Advanced knowledge of aeromodelling is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good command of both German and English to ensure smooth communication.
