Creator (Influencer) Manager Junior/Mid Level (f/m/x, Vollzeit, deutschsprachig, Homeoffice möglich)

We’re Granny – a creative social media marketing agency based in Berlin. We help brands become relevant and real on social platforms. Whether it’s TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube – we speak the language of the internet and create campaigns that people don’t just scroll past.

Now, we’re looking for a Creator Manager who’s ready to dive into the world of influencers and creators – someone with an eye for talent, great communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy.

• You scout suitable creators for our campaigns and build relationships with them
• You conduct contract negotiations, briefings and are the first point of contact for all creator questions
• You coordinate content, timings, approvals and ensure that everything fits the campaign objective
• You work closely with our social media and strategy team
• You keep an eye on KPIs and help with reporting and learning
• You contribute ideas on how we can make our creator relations even better

• At least one year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media or in an agency
• A good eye for trends, aesthetics and strong creators
• Organizational talent, reliability and strong communication skills
• You are a social native
• Fluent in written and spoken German; business fluent in English
