About the role:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of CRM in one of Europe’s most successful online pharmacies? Are you ready to contribute to our growth in the French market? Join our CRM team as CRM Manager France (m/f/d) and help us bring meaningful, data-driven customer communication to life!

This is a parental leave cover role, starting as soon as possible and running until end of 2026. While we can’t guarantee a permanent position beyond that date at this stage, we’re growing fast, and new, long – term options might be coming up in the future.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership of planning, managing and evolving our CRM initiatives for France – across channels such as newsletters, push notifications, print, onsite and in-app, primarily via our Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs and A/B testing to drive performance
• Develop and implement personalization and segmentation concepts tailored to our users and continuously expand them
• Collaborate with our CRM automation team to develop trigger-based campaigns based on audience insights and business goals
• Definition and management of promotional plan, including briefing, coordination and analysis
• Work closely with CRM colleagues across countries as well as the CRM Data Science & Automation teams, Category Management, Retail media, Brand and Country management

About you:

• You already have experience in CRM, ideally within e-commerce, and feel at home in the digital space
• You enjoy working with data, keep our customers at the heart of your thinking, and work in a structured, solution-oriented way
• You are fluent in French and English and can collaborate effectively across teams
• If you want, you can work mostly remotely, but you are open to joining your team in Cologne once a month
