Arbeitsbeschreibung - CRM Manager (m/f/d) B2B SaaS / AI Marketing Software

  • Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement measures along the entire customer journey.
  • B2B SaaS Marketing: Position our AI solution in a dynamic SaaS market – from the value proposition to the customer journey.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate and qualify B2B leads.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to generate and convert high-quality leads.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer and campaign data to derive actionable insights.
  • Your degree is secondary to us – we value your skills and motivation.
  • You are passionate about AI and digital tools, always up to date, and eager to grow.
  • You are a HubSpot expert, both in daily use and system administration.
  • You can create audience-specific content and formats and assess their effectiveness.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and analytical way.
  • You take ownership, collaborate closely with colleagues, and think entrepreneurially.
  • Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
