Arbeitsbeschreibung - CRM Manager (m/w/d)

Oversee the operation, development, and integration of the CRM system across the IT and business landscape
Ensure optimal CRM use along the entire customer journey for OEMs, dealers, end customers, and internal departments
Gather and prioritize system requirements, developing a roadmap for seamless integration with ERP and other platforms. Communicate progress and developments across the company
Drive data-driven improvements to enhance customer experience and strategic decision-making
Maintain data quality and availability while integrating AI to boost efficiency and engagement
Develop and manage CRM content, support CRM-driven campaigns, and enable teams through training and documentation

Degree in Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Proven experience in CRM management, ideally with Salesforce
Strong knowledge of data management, automation, and system integration
Experience with AI technologies and data-driven decision-making is a plus
Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect technical and strategic topics
Passion for optimizing the customer journey and leveraging innovative technologies
Fluent German and English skills
