Your mission

At this new, to be founded, venture, we develop AI-driven solutions that take safety in ADAS, autonomous-driving and a wide range of mission-critical sensor-systems—across automotive, heavy machinery, robotics, defense and industrial automation—to the next level. Our focus is on detecting and monitoring sensor-degradation effects so that any assisted or autonomous feature remains reliably safe at all times.

As CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technical developments. You’ll own the operational delivery of our technology roadmap and lead our development and engineering teams with deep expertise and clear direction. Supported by an Advisory Board of seasoned experts, you can focus on executional excellence while collaboratively shaping our strategic vision.
In this hands-on role, you will ensure that innovative ideas become market-ready products. You will establish scalable R&D processes, define quality and safety standards, and shepherd our technologies from concept through production. Whether it’s intelligent image processing, signal analysis, or edge-AI—you’ll guarantee our systems are robust, efficient, and enterprise-grade across multiple industries.

Your profile

Deep experience in the automotive sector—and proven ability to apply similar sensor-health techniques in other fields such as heavy equipment, robotics or defense
Solid expertise in sensor-data processing, sensor calibration, and modern computer vision/imaging
Proven background in predictive maintenance and handling sensor-degradation effects
Excellent understanding of the physical principles behind vehicle and industrial sensors (camera, radar, LiDAR, ultrasonic)
Several years leading technical teams and building scalable development processes
A true hands-on mentality—ready to dive into code and solve detailed technical challenges yourself
Strong communicator and team player, able to work effectively with our Advisory Board and diverse industry stakeholders
Willingness to out in the work needed to build the next deep-tech unicorn.
