Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions and feedback.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is also required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
