Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Success Manager (all genders)

  • You ensure that our key customers are successfully onboarded, trained and supported in their use of our cloud applications 
  • You perform advanced product demos and deep dives into features in the acquisition phase 
  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our customers organizations 
  • You understand the unique needs and goals of each customer and develop tailored success plans to help them achieve their objectives and thus raise customer satisfaction and retention  
  • You work closely with different departments across the company to continuously improve customer success processes
  • You collect product feedback and provide insights to product management to continuously enhance our products 
  • You will occasionally visit our customers on-site and participate in national and international trade shows and conventions
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success management role for cloud-based software solutions (SaaS) 
  • You have a strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for SaaS products
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Business fluent German, business fluent English, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment  
  • Willingness to travel
