We are looking for a full-time, permanent Customer Success Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible, ideally in Hamburg, Germany.You believe in real impact through customer success? Let’s create it together.
As our new Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the face of our customer experience: Guiding clients from onboarding to renewal, spotting growth opportunities, and making sure they get real value from our Compliance-as-a-Service solution. You’re the go-to person for our customers. You help them get started, solve problems, discover new features, and make sure they get the most value out of our product. As you grow into the role, you’ll take full ownership of your accounts and self-service journeys.
Your main tasks are:
Support and guide customers throughout their journey
Ticket management: Manage customer requests and issues in HubSpot with clear documentation
Customer support & relationships: Build strong customer relationships through proactive support via email, calls and meetings
Spot upsell and cross-sell potential and contribute to account growth
Work cross-functionally with our experts in Compliance Services, Product, and Sales to ensure smooth processes
Represent the voice of the customer and provide structured feedback internally
Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a related field
Customer-focused experience: You’ve worked in a client-facing role and know how to build strong relationships and solve challenges effectively.
Structured & proactive mindset: You work independently, stay organized, and take initiative to improve processes and customer experiences.
Eager to learn: You quickly grasp new tools and systems, ideally with experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Confident in communicating in German and English, both written and verbal
A plus, not a must: Experience in SaaS, compliance, Information Security or Privacy topics – or a knack for identifying upsell opportunities and thinking commercially.
