Wir suchen einen proaktiven und kundenorientierten Customer Success Manager, der unser Team verstärkt und unsere Kunden in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz unterstützt, um einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten, den Onboarding-Prozess zu managen und die erfolgreiche Einführung unserer Lösungen zu fördern.
Deine Aufgaben
- Management of customer relationships, primarily with German-speaking clients, throughout the entire post-sales process
- Coordination and execution of a structured onboarding process, individually tailored to each customer’s needs
- Ongoing support and consultation to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with English-speaking teams from Product Management, Support, and Migration to resolve technical issues and gather customer feedback
- Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close cooperation with the Sales team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure our platform delivers real value
- Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers within the organization
