Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about travel services, bookings, and special requests.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
