Your Mission
As our Data Manager, you’ll take ownership of the quality, structure, and strategic use of our panel data. You will work across teams to make sure our profiling processes are robust, our questionnaires are effective, and our response rates are consistently high. You will also play a key role in developing new data products based on profiling insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Profiling Excellence: Design and optimize profiling strategies to maintain deep, up-to-date respondent information.
• Survey Design & Setup: Take full ownership of setting up and managing questionnaires — ensuring they are well-structured, user-friendly, and optimized to achieve high engagement and fill-in rates.
• Data Quality Monitoring: Continuously track and enhance response rates and data completeness.
• Product Innovation: Develop new panel-based data products leveraging profiling insights and behavioral segmentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with management, project managers, marketing and panel management to align goals and optimize tools.

You Bring

• 3+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 1 year in a relevant field such as data management, market research, or panel operations.
• Understanding of research methodologies and survey design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and structure information effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken), other CEE languages are an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with profiling enrichment techniques or user segmentation.
• Familiarity with data product development or audience modeling.
