Arbeitsbeschreibung - DC Quality Control Manager (m/f/d)

Project Support & Risk Monitoring
- Supervision of strategically important projects.
- Identification and resolution of risks or deficiencies.
Inspection & Quality Control:
- Conducting inspections and quality checks.
- Completion of quality controls within 48 hours.
Documentation & Follow-Ups:
- Recording and structuring optical and technical deficiencies.
- Creating clear instructions for rework or service cases.
- Coordination with Account Management on follow-ups.
- Collecting and implementing improvement suggestions.
Training & Development of Field Teams:
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees.
- Developing new training modules for recurring deficiencies.
- Assisting with team feedback sessions and training.
DC Quality Guidelines & Technical Support:
- Ensuring quality guidelines meet current technical standards.
- Supporting the development of technical solutions.
- Providing advice on complex technical issues.

Completed technical training as a roofer.
Experience in quality control or project management is an advantage.
Structured and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness for continuous learning and process improvement.
