Arbeitsbeschreibung - Demand Generation Manager (m/f/d)

Take ownership of demand generation across Northern Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region, in line with our company objectives and revenue targets
Plan and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and create pipeline — using tactics such as ABM, email marketing, events, paid media, partner co-marketing, webinars, and more
Build quarterly and annual demand gen plans and manage budgets effectively
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimise campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams to align strategies and accelerate results

Degree in marketing, business, eCommerce, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a clear focus on demand generation
Strong interest in and understanding of the eCommerce landscape
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and Microsoft Office
Strong communicator with confidence in both internal alignment and external messaging
Skilled in copywriting and storytelling for B2B audiences
A proactive, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working across departments
Solution-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into action
Native-level German and business-fluent English
