Arbeitsbeschreibung - Director / Vice President Tech Partnering

You own and grow our ecosystem of tech partnerships, building long-term relationships that support our strategic goals and unlock new opportunities.
You act as the central point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day collaboration and ensuring the mutual success of each partnership.
You identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology partners that align with our business and product strategy.
You design and manage joint business plans, set measurable goals with partners, and ensure they are met through consistent tracking and reporting.
You enable internal teams with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to successfully leverage partner technologies in client engagements.
You monitor industry trends, competitor alliances, and partner ecosystems to ensure our partnership strategy remains competitive and forward-looking.

You have a university degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
You bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
You have a strong understanding of how technology partnerships function, from integration planning to go-to-market execution.
You are confident managing external relationships, negotiating agreements, and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
You are highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and you can explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where collaboration is key.
You are fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
