Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to offer accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company’s CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to foster a supportive and productive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
