Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with banking inquiries, account management, and product information.
• Handle issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with your team to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
