Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and optimizing their search engine strategies.
• Guide clients in developing tailored digital marketing solutions that meet their needs.
• Respond to client communications promptly across multiple channels.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on search engine optimization best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends and search engine updates to offer relevant insights to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and search engine optimization is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work various hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
• Be able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece ( relocation package )
