Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch, assisting clients with inquiries and providing tailored support.
• Communicate the brand's story and product details effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings in luxury retail.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to adapt to a new culture and work environment.
• Passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
