• Collaborate with team members across departments to address customer issues and drive resolution.
• Stay informed about product updates and strategies to enhance client understanding and engagement.
• Collect and share customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development workshops to grow both professionally and personally.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer interaction tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
