Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dynamic Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation support provided! In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage our technology solutions to streamline their operations and achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and business goals through comprehensive consultations.

• Act as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients in using our products optimally.
• Stay updated on market trends and new technologies to deliver informed, relevant advice to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is also preferred.
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer support, or a similar field is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients effectively.
• A good understanding of technology solutions and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
