Our UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators forges the next generation of (tech) leaders. Entrepreneurship Expert  (m/f/x)

• Take full responsibility for the conception, execution, and scaling of cutting-edge education programs for leading institutions from around the globe

• Design and deliver high-impact training programs in Business Design, with a heavy emphasis on scalable business models, e.g. in the fields of Deep Tech and AI

• Lead and enable others to achieve peak performance, fostering a culture of high achievement and impactful innovation

• Continuously evolve our methodologies, implement entrepreneurial best practices, and serve as a sparring partner for teammates regarding the integration of technological disruptions in our offering

• Develop strategies to exponentially scale and expand our reach and solidify our position as a global leader in transformative education and responsible entrepreneurship

• Proven experience in designing and implementing educational activities and  programs 

• Expertise in applying advanced innovation methodologies (Business Design, Lean Start-up, Responsible Entrepreneurship, etc.) and proven ability to validate problem-solution and product-market-fit

• Experience in scaling a (tech) start-up or leading innovation initiatives in a tech-driven environment

• Proficient in current AI and/or Deep Tech trends and applications

• A data-driven approach to optimizing program effectiveness and impact

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German

• A proactive, forward-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate and drive others to take initiative and experiment

• High visibility and credibility through own entrepreneurial success, speaking engagements, or active participation in the community, e.g. as a mentor or investor

• Frontline of Innovation: Work at the epicenter of Deep Tech, shaping the future of cutting-edge technologies
