Responsibilities

• Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues via phone and email in German.
• Provide top-notch consumer service by addressing customer needs professionally and efficiently.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
