Arbeitsbeschreibung - ERP Manager (m/w/d)

  • Responsibility for the implementation, configuration and continuous optimisation of ERP programs (NetSuite)
  • Analysing and improving existing business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Supporting the integration of NetSuite into existing IT systems
  • Development and implementation of automation and customisation strategies within NetSuite
  • Training and support of end users to ensure efficient use of the ERP system
  • Management of external service providers and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring data quality, compliance and IT security requirements within the ERP system
  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the administration, implementation and optimisation of ERP systems, in particular NetSuite
  • Sound knowledge of ERP-supported process design and automation
  • Experience with the integration of third-party systems in NetSuite
  • Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or SuiteScript is an advantage
  • Analytical and solution-orientated way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
