Arbeitsbeschreibung - Experte Transaktions- und Stammdatenverarbeitung (m/w/d)

  • Administration of client portfolios of selected clients
  • Creation and verification of master data for the investments of the client portfolios managed across all relevant asset classes (private equity, private debt, fund investments, real estate if applicable) in our core system eFront
  • Entry or import of target investment transactions across all relevant asset classes in the core system eFront, incl. entry of valuations of target investments
  • Support with payment processing for existing target investments from the client portfolios managed
  • Carrying out quality assurance measures, both regularly and irregularly if required
  • Independent clarification and coordination of the data situation in the event of differences with external sources
  • Working closely with other teams from Operations, e.g. the Accounting team and, if necessary, IT, to find solutions as quickly as possible in the event of anomalies
  • Active participation in the automation of controls or regular process optimization in our core system eFront or other tools used in Operations
  • Carrying out test activities for innovations and creating documentation for internal (new or updated) processes  
  • Successfully completed training as a bank or investment fund clerk, financial accountant or a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance, business informatics or similar. Sound professional experience in the financial services industry or in other industries with relevant reference to financial topics, e.g. through activities in the area of treasury/liquidity management or in software development desirable
  • Ideally, user knowledge of common investment management systems (eFront, Investran, SimCorp Dimension, etc.) or in the middle or back office area of a fund administrator/KVG or asset manager
  • Knowledge of various asset classes and their relevant instruments, ideally in the private capital sector, is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High degree of service orientation towards our clients
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and communication skills
