Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team for a 2-year fixed-term contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our dynamic organization.

Start date: 01.09.2025

Development of annual and mid-term financial plans of the company
Monthly budget realization reports, analysis of company performance
Assistance in monthly; quarterly and annual group reporting to the mother company (reporting and validating the data, including reconciliation of ICP transactions)
Assistance in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparation of presentations with financial and operational results for the executive level
Ad-hoc evaluations and analysis

Your profile

You have completed a business degree with a concentration in accounting / controlling or equivalent education
You have strong analytical skills
You are a team player and have a high degree of initiative
You work safely with the standard Microsoft Office programs and you are very proficient in Excel
High command of written and spoken English
Professional experience in accounting/controlling/business analysis
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
Knowledge of HFM Oracle system or similar
Knowledge of DATEV accounting system would be of additional advantage
German and Polish language would be an additional asset
