For more information, please visit: www.workpath.comAs our Founders Associate (m/f/d), you will work directly with our Managing Directors Stephanie and Johannes to define and execute our company strategy, drive key initiatives across functions and ensure seamless operations and communications.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the workings of a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment and if you are ready to contribute to our future and take full ownership, we’d be excited to hear from you!Strategy and Execution: Assist our Managing Directors Stephanie and Johannes in defining and executing our strategic initiatives. Support the tracking of strategic initiatives and help prioritize tasks to ensure smooth execution. Contribute to financial planning and strategy and work closely with the Finance team to maintain financial oversight.
Special Project Management: Lead and support strategic and operational cross-functional projects, in areas like Finance & RevOps, Business Operations, Sales or Customer Success to foster profitable growth and ensure scalability.
Legal: Own our legal function, coordinate with external lawyers, ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR). Manage and track contractual agreements.
Governance and leadership: Own and run our operating model, act as a point of contact between executives, teams and investors. Support interactions with the board in aligning leadership with company goals. Help manage day-to-day activities and ensure smooth workflow across functions.
Recruiting: Work closely with the People team to support recruitment for key hires, ensuring alignment with company strategy and growth targets.
Experience: First professional experience gained in combination with relevant internships or working student positions in Strategy, Finance or Operations (ideally in SaaS, Consulting or VC/PE)
Education: Top-tier degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field (Master’s preferred)
Skills: Strong in analytics and problem solving, financial modeling, process optimization, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional project management.
Mindset: Hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Language: Fluent in German and English
