Arbeitsbeschreibung - Founders Associate

As a Founder Associate you are the principle project manager for the US expansion of 7Learnings. You directly report to the founders and make sure 7Learnings has great operational excellence, team collaboration to help build a high-performing, mission-driven team.

US Expansion: Serve as the project manager for the US expansion of 7Learnings
Project Management: Lead and execute cross-functional projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company priorities and timely delivery
Operational Excellence: Take ownership of day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and solve organizational bottlenecks to enable scale and efficiency
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to inform go-to-market strategies
Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the founder and various teams, ensuring effective communication and progress on shared goals
Talent & Culture: Support employee engagement initiatives to help build a high-performing, mission-driven team

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
High emotional intelligence and leadership potential
Willingness to take initiative and “roll up sleeves” for both high-level and hands-on tasks

Flexible working hours
Office in Berlin Kreuzberg
Home office allowance of 2-3 days
Vacations of 30 days per year
