[Freelance] Informationsarchitekt / Experience Designer CX/UX (m/w/d)

We’re looking for you as a [Freelance] Information Architect / Experience Designer CX/UX (m/f/d) to take on a key role in the conceptual and editorial development of content structures for one of our clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the optimization of content delivery. The position covers strategic and operational tasks in content management, information architecture, and digital editorial work. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for organizing and documenting workflows and supporting the team with agile methodologies.

• Development of information architecture (IA) for website expansions (e.g., country pages)
• Creation and optimization of wireframes and content templates for products, services, and other areas
• Definition of requirements and workflows for design and new modules
• If needed: conducting user interviews with end customers

• Coordination with the client and Product Owner (PO) on new requirements
• Leading content development workshops for various countries
• Moderating team meetings in the absence of the Scrum Master or PO
• Presenting new requirements and conceptual ideas to the team
• Regular internal alignment on concepts and content

• Development of content templates for efficient content creation
• Support in content maintenance and definition of requirements

• Adapting and documenting modules and applications in Confluence
• Creating and managing JIRA tickets for frontend and testing
• Supporting testing processes (limited, main responsibility lies with another person)

• Experience in designing and developing information architectures (IA)
• Solid knowledge of content management and CMS experience
• Experience in coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) and related tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Assertiveness and persistence in stakeholder communication
• Ability to make structured and strategic decisions
• Patience and perseverance in complex coordination processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to hold your ground with strong-minded individuals
• Mid- to senior-level experience required
