In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting effective financial strategies while connecting various stakeholders. Your insights will drive better decision-making across the business units, ensuring that finance aligns with operational needs. Accountabilities
- Act as a consulting partner and central bridge between internal stakeholders and Finance CSS Centers.
- Drive proactive stakeholder management through organized, recurring business partner meetings.
- Build a deep understanding of the operational landscape and business models of each Business Unit.
- Develop and provide training materials and standardized templates for finance topics.
- Safeguard adherence to Group Accounting & Reporting policies by monitoring local finance processes.
- Lead in-depth analysis of dedicated balance sheet items and support implementation of optimizations.
- Ensure robust design and execution of local internal controls in collaboration with the Internal Control team.
- Act as the local change leader for finance-related systems and projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance and Accounting or comparable professional education.
- At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting and Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards.
- Excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and project accounting.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Advanced communication skills and deep understanding of change management principles.
- High level of accuracy with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong delivery attitude.
