Location: Work-at-home (WAHA) Remote from anywhere in Greece
Start Date: 02/10/25 (Multiple starting dates available)

About the Role

We are currently hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced digital environment this opportunity is for you!

Youll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support while representing a global brand (brand name not used publicly).

Working Hours

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday
• Shifts: Between 09:00 and18:00 
• Rotating shifts apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Base Salary: 1200/1,300month (depending on the project)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 200/month based on metrics
• Training: Fully paid , lasting 15 working days and from home
• Relocation Support: Yes
• Rental Agency Costs: Covered

Skills & Requirements

• German: Native or C2 level
• English: B2 level minimum
• Technical knowledge: Very good (ability to handle product/service inquiries efficiently)
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable working independently from home
