Key Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding digital banking services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and concise information about banking products, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline support processes.
• Stay informed on banking regulations and digital solutions to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial sectors, is preferred.
