In this enriching role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Support clients with their booking processes, modifications, and cancellations.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to reservations and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on promotions, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written), with English proficiency considered a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints with empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to the Greek work environment and culture.
