Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Support clients throughout the booking process by making, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide customers with accurate information.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor.
