We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in German and are passionate about providing exceptional customer support in the travel industry. As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist Booking.com’s customers in navigating their bookings, answering inquiries, and resolving issues, ensuring they have a seamless travel experience. Your strong communication skills in German will be crucial in building trust and rapport with clients, while your dedication to service excellence will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German through various channels (phone, email, live chat)
• Guide customers in making and modifying travel bookings
• Resolve any issues that arise effectively and professionally
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on Booking.com services, policies, and industry trends
• Participate in training programs to sharpen your customer service skills

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the position
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous
