Key Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements in service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
