Mercier Consultancy is seeking motivated German-Speaking Customer Care Representatives to become part of our team, supporting a leading E-Commerce Platform while living and working in Greece. This opportunity allows you to interact with a diverse range of customers, leveraging your language abilities to overcome communication barriers and deliver tailored support. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable. Additionally, you will help improve our customers’ online shopping experience by responding to inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and offering customized product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support in German for e-commerce related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, product information, and technical issues related to the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in service and product offerings.
  • Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum of B2 in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
