Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
• Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and automotive innovations to offer knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
