• Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat by addressing their questions related to travel bookings, itineraries, and services.
• Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, and travel policies to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless travel arrangements and service delivery.
• Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and company updates to provide timely support to clients.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to handle issues and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable with standard office software.
