Position Overview: As a Help Desk Specialist, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical issues related to media streaming services. You will play a critical role in ensuring that users enjoy a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for media streaming services.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, account issues, and streaming queries effectively.
• Educate users on platform features to enhance their experience and usage.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues where necessary.

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or help desk roles is highly desirable.
